For Teachers and Librarians: Learn how to use the ONEBOOKs in programming and instruction at your library by attending this workshop! Renee Simms will present her Readers Guide for The Trunk Murderess. Ann Ewbank, the ASU Young Writers Program, and the Arizona Geographic Alliance will also present The Three Little Javelinas curricula they created for grades K-12.

Read 'til You Bleed!

Read ‘til You Bleed! This spring’s book club reading selection is “The Trunk Murderess: Winnie Ruth Judd” by Jana Bommersbach part of the city and statewide partnership to promote reading and literacy through Arizona’s OneBook initiative. Steeped in Arizona history, legend and horror this story is a great read for the CCC community. Our Coconino Community College and Flagstaff community book club will launch April 2nd on Employee Development Day with book copies and information available. Join us for group discussion on Friday April 9th and then attend the author visit on the Lone Tree Campus Thursday April 15th from 11 am – 12:30 pm.
