As Arizona prepares for its Centennial in 2012, ONEBOOKAZ provides an opportunity for its citizens to come together to read and discuss books that will increase their knowledge and appreciation of Arizona's unique history and culture.
ONEBOOKAZ celebrates reading in the State of Arizona by encouraging the reading and exploration of a book.
ONEBOOKAZ through various events, aims to nurture partnerships between libraries, schools, museums, other allied institutions, the media, commercial vendors, the authors and the public.
ONEBOOKAZ brings people together through book discussions and author reading and signing events, panel discussions, traveling presentations and special events in conjunction with archives, museums, and libraries to further explore the facts and themes of these books.
ONEBOOKAZ fosters a sense of community through the shared experience of reading the same book/s, discussing themes and involving participants in the various events connected with the book/s.
